Oh my goodness the day has finally arrived.
We are all sitting in the lobby of our hotel waiting for our guide and the bus to come. Everyone is excited and nervous. We are all keen just to get going now.
We will have about an hour and a half bus trip to reach the Gate where the climb will start. That is where we will meet the rest of our porters, fill our water bottles and get our packed lunch for the day. Who knows what lies ahead of us?
